Hi,
Last night i slept with my galaxy note 4 under my pillow, i woke up this morning to it overheating and at 1% despite the phone being fully charged previously that night.
I plugged it back on charge and rebooted it and now I am locked out as the Finger scanner is not loading and is requiring a back up password, but I cannot remember ever setting a back up password.
This has happened previously and I had to hard reset my phone, but Wouldnt like to do that again as I have valuable data on the phone.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
