I wanna play 2016 games at low to mid graphics. So rate the balance/compatibility of this rig out of 6.

CPU-Intel Core i3 6100 3.7GHz
Mobo-Gigabyte H110M DS2
GPU-AMD Sapphire R9 270x 4gb
RAM-Kingston HyperX Fury 4gb x 2 1600MHz
HDD-Seagate Baracuda 1TB
PSU-Corsair VS 550W

I can't increase even a penny in the budget but if something bottlenecks, please suggest the change. Thanks :)

Solution
for low to mid at 1080p it almost a 6 and as far as i can see nothing bottlenecks, though i would recommend to wait for a RX 470x and it will be about the same price as the 270x.

Looks great for a budget build. Only concerns are the RAM and PSU.

Usually H110 motherboards use DDR4 RAM, which usually runs 2133MHz minimum. I think I have the exact same board in my daughter's computer with 8GB 2133 G.Skil ripjaws. It was cheap enough and performs great.

As for the PSU, stay away from the VS series. A great PSU line is the Seasonic S12II or the EVGA G2. Basically as a rule any tier 1 or 2 here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html The last thing to cheap out on is the part that can go boom and take any number of more expensive parts with it.

EDIT - looking again, you're running most of the same parts in her build. The i3-6100 holds up very well with most games. She's running an older GTX 660 which is a hair under the 270x you have listed. The build handles very well at 1080P

I'm helpless as far as the RAM is concerned. I checked the motherboard specification and it turned out that it handles only DDR3 and DDR3L 1600/1333 modules

Considering every remark, i made some amendments in the rig. Please take a look at these:

CPU-Intel Core i3 6100 3.7GHz
Mobo-Gigabyte H110M S2 DDR4
RAM-Kingston Fury 4gbx2 DDR4
GPU-AMD Sapphire R9 270x 4gb
