Cannot Resize Partition $Bitmap Issue

Hey there, Shula 7.
Would you please post a screenshot of what you see in Disk Management? Here's how to open it: How to access Disk Management in Windows to manage hard drives.
If you want to shrink the partition you could do that viq disk management by clicking with the right mouse button and selecting shrink volume.
If that doesn't help you could give it a try with a different 3rd party partition management tool.

I had this same issue and solved it by going to Tools -> Check Partition Table Error (F12). There was an error which I had Partition Guru fix and then hit Save All (otherwise the fix isn't applied).
