Hello guys. I have a little problem. When I try to boot my PC the Red L.E.D. its occasionally getting lit but mostly it stays dormant. I tried removing the RAM and switched the cable from GPU to the motherboard but no results, the monitor doesent open (It acts like the PC would be off). I had a problem a while ago where I couldnt get it to boot in BIOS, the red L.E.D. would die off. The PC makes 1 short beep when I start it. I have an ASUS Motherboard, nVidia GPU, Intel i3. I cannot however try switching the parts because I dont have spares. Thanks in advance guys.

1 short beep, generally, is successful POST. The red LED usually is an indicator, but without knowing which motherboard, i3 etc you have specifically it's near impossible to tell.

Please post your full specs, including model number for everything - including the PSU.

Also, take a look at the "No POST" thread, and ensure you've tried everything in there.
