CAN GTX 1060/RX 480 handle 4k DSR in 1080p

hey guys, Will an RX 480/GTX 1060, paring with an i7 4790k handle the 4k DSR Ultra Settings on 1080p monitor over 50FPS in new and upcoming games for few years?

Running 4k DSR on 1080p is just as demanding as actually running at 4k. So no, a 1060/480 will not be able to run that at >50fps/ultra settings in modern AAA games. Not even a 1080 can do that with every game out today, let alone games coming out in the next few years.
