im planing on buying a new pc, however im a bit short on money, would this be enough to play games like Arma3,gta5,dayz and so on on med-high settings with no filters on decent fps?

any of the Z97 boards (new one,AsRock Z97 ANNIVERSARY (s1150, Intel Z97) will be cheaper for me then a H one, around 85$)
8gb ram (2x4)
gtx 760/950 (any better suggestions would be appriciated for cheaper choices)
