can you describe the pros and cons of using ready boost on usb(virtual ram)
I don't know if it's helpful to you, or if this is where you got the idea from, but I like hardwaresecrets articles, and they did one on ReadyBoost here: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/speed-computer-readyboost/

i have 4 gb ram but playing gtav gives fps drops and lagging i tried a physical 2 gb ram my problem was solved i can play pretty speed with an average fps.i
i came to know 2gb +4gb ram in dual channel is not good for mobo so..now i have only 4gb
i want to know sticking this virtual ram gives me any pro or cons over ram loads
you will not do any harm, you might find that 2+4 is slightly slower from a benchmark point of view, but given a choice of 6Gb or faster 4GB, I'd go 6GB under all circumstances.

every site i visit they say say different ram capacity timing latency and voltage may cause instability and even may cause BSOD

Well, those things aren't inherently "bad," you just have to tweak stuff to get it to work together. For example, running both sticks at the slowest stick of ram's speed.
Basically, if you can get it to run stably, go for it. If you run into problems, tweak it or take out one of the sticks

This is true but the two sticks will work at their lowest common settings, and if you doing have bsod then you are OK. It can work, but you shouldn't expect it to. You appear to be OK, from what you've said.

yeah i had no bsod or lag but i am afraid to bust my MOBO
so please help me with the virtual ram is it worth it?
do it have any cons ?

You're not going to ruin your motherboard by using two different sticks of ram, but to answer your question about if it's worth: not typically. It doesn't do a whole lot for you because you are either using a flash drive, which is limited to the speed of the USB connection, or you use your HDD (I think it's called page file? I forget), which usually isn't very fast in the first place, at least relative to RAM.
what if i buy an new 8gb ram and combine it with 4 gb will it hurt my pc ?
i know 4+4 dual channel is great and good perfomance.
but i have only INR 2000.if i buy 8 gb in future i can upgrade it with other 8 gb other than throwing both 4 gb.
i think you understand what i meand..
and for the record i test my hp 16gb pendrive as ready boost of 15gb space and played gtav benchmark gave me an fps of 18-22 average is 20 it means it gave me 5 fps more than my 4gb ram only on previous benchmark(12-17 avg 15).As you all said its not so bad..it does give you an extra push while you are in the brim but It is not as smooth as ram
with average 20 fps i had some small lags (not as it was in 15 fps) but there was
i want to upgrade ram help me find a better one .
and post your replies so i can correct myself from being wrong
