I currently have:

i5 6600k 4.4ghz 1.2V @ Cooler Master: Hyper TX3 EVO
ASUS R9 270 Direct CU II OC 2 GB (wanna replace)
G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 2133 C15 2x8GB
Gigabyte Z170-D3H
Mushkin 120GB SSD

I am playing on benq xl2411z 144hz so i would rather play everything low on 1080p to get 100+fps than play everything on ultra or high to get 60fps. If you fill me on that :)

So i am thinking which gpu should i get?

My list: Cheapest gtx 1060 (palit, zotac) or give more money for better brend?

Sapphire Radeon RX 480 NITRO+ OC 4GB?

Cheapest gtx 970 (palit, zotac) or give more money for better brend?

Thanks!

Not the 970. I would actually recommend going for the 1060. Its slightly more than the 480, but I think the performance justifies it, especially if you are trying to push for max frame rate. That said, this is assuming you can get the 1060 for the MSRP of 250

Well ... I'd go for the GTX 1060 from Zotac or EVGA as they both released cards with custom coolers at 250$
might take some time to hunt them at MSRP, but totally worth it.
For ultra settings at 1080p you'd be better with more than 4GB. so while 8 is a bit overkill, still RX 480 8GB is better option than 4GB.
Have no idea where you are from, I've seen GTX 1060 for ~280euro on amazon.de few days ago.
Basically, when choosing brand, you choose support and quality standards - EVGA is the best (support) for Nvidia and Spphire are the best for AMD.
