Hello there first of all let me start by putting why I asked to post this topic:

I live in the Philippines, usually we have a temperature at my area around 31C-32C during the rainy/non-summer season and goes up to 34C-35C during the summer (keeps getting hotter because anti-environmentalist mentality in the area). I also have a really hot room where I have my pc due to the fact that my room is in the back of the house, which means before the "cool" air comes in its proabably already a bit "used". My room is also a bit narrow which made me use a mATX case (Tecware Carbon Cube). I decided to make a custom table so I could set-up my system properly. And indeed it was, I managed to put the CPU beside my monitor however after monitoring it I have seem to notice that it does get hot. With my CPU (i5 4670k on stock clocks with Hyper 212x cooler) reaching 60C+ (depending on which game I play) and my GPU (Palit 780Ti Super Jetstream) reaching 80-82C (highest I've seen it go playing FF14 and The Division). Since there are high temperatures my fans especially the CPU cooling fan gets a bit noisy as well so I do get a bit annoyed by that too.

So I thought since I have a proper table already I was planning to change cases, I usually just opt-in to Fan-ONLY cooling solutions as I don't like taking risks in watercooling (even with AiO's available). So I had to find cases with good Air-flow and I did some research and read that the Corsair Obsidian 450D had good airflow and enough dust filters (which I also prefer so I wouldn't have to remove everything just to clean it).

My question is/are:
1) Does the case really provide good airflow and help lower temperatures of the parts inside?
2) In the case I add more fans, what aftermarket fans from this website would you suggest?
3) I have a mATX MSI B85M Gaming Motherboard, will it be alright if I put in in this case?

*Sorry for limiting the choices, not much pc stores in the area :(

I have also tried looking at other cases namely:
NZXT's H440 (However it doesn't feel like it would really provide good airflow)
Fractal Define R5 (while cheaper also looks like it doesn't provide enough airflow, however it is the cheaper and provides a quieter experience)
I hope someone out there could help me and answer my questions. Thanks!
