I have a GTX 960 2GB gaming and although the temps are around 60C when playing, the left panel of the case gets really hot when gaming. I'm just wondering if this is normal or if I should be worried. I currently have one exhaust fan at the back of the case and will be getting another intake fan to mount at the top of my case. Will adding an extra fan help or not and if not then what could I do to stop the side panel from getting hot

Keep in mind that 60 degrees Celsius is 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It makes sense that if you put a 140 degree object next to a thin aluminum case wall you are going to be able to feel some heat on the other side.

Adding extra case fans can't hurt as long as you do it in a way that provides consistent airflow. For example, I always put intake fans on the front and bottom of my case and exhaust fans on the top and rear. What you don't want is two fans blowing at each other from opposite directions. If your GPU temperature is only 60 C and your CPU temperature is also low this isn't something you need to worry about though.

I would not put an intake fan on the top like you are talking about doing. Your GPU blows air up and heat rises naturally on it's own. putting an intake on the top would be pushing the hot air back down to your GPU.

So should I just put one intake fan at the front and keep the exhaust at the back to have descent airflow
