I would suggest going with the msi 970 board as it is on sale at newegg( http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16813130790 ). I have a gigabyte 990fxa ud3 and I've had some issues with bios settings and usb headers on the motherboard so it's a little hard to recommend another gigabyte board. However i do like msi and Asrock boards but I do belive that the msi board is high quality, and is hard to not recommend for the current price.

thanks for your suggestion " LoneZebra " i forgot to add my location,,my country is italy,, i was thinking MSI 970 gaming but here in italy the cost of this motherboard is almost same rice of the NEW Gigabyte 990X gaming SLI,,from 95-100 €,,,ang the NEW Asrock 970A-G/3.1 is about 85-90€,,but the big different of those motherboards are the power phased design that most important for the 8 cores FX motherboards,,,,the NEw Gigabyte have only 4+1,,the Msi have 6+2 and the New Asrock have 8+2 power phased design...in fact my mind round-up for MSI and ASROCK...im stock to decide...
