I am trying to build a PC .My budget is INR 50,000 (NEARLY $750) and so these are my specs -

I have been tying to find a good case , which should be small and should have good cooling features . I did like the Cooler Master Elite 130 , but sadly , it is for mini itx , and there are no mini itx for AM3+ (I'M NOT IN ANY MOOD TO BUY INTEL MINI ITX , MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH INTEL WAS TERRIBLE AND , THEY ARE FREAKING EXPENSIVE IN INDIA , EVEN THOUGH THE AMD PROCESSORS ARE EXPENSIVE , BUT STILL , IT COMES IN MY BUDGET.) Pls recommend a build (yeah , you can give me Intel builds too , but if you are trying to build parts via PCParts Picker , pls select country as India). Pls , do recommend me a good small compact standard atx case . My Graphics card of choice is Asus Strix R7 370 4GB , im not gonna change it ,but yeah , you can recommend any good gpu.
And the most important , should I wait for AM4/AM4+ ?? I am impatient to wait for my new PC .
