I just reinstalled Windows 10 because of some issues when my system and became unstable. First I fixed my OC and returned to base values but Chrome, TS3 and other programs keep crashing or crashing tabs in chrome. I reinstalled Windows several times now and driver and i dont know what to do. Under Win 7 the errors also happended so this isnt win 10 related. I ran windows internal ramtest with no issues. Also several bsods.
Also for help my specs:
mb: asus p8p67 rev. 3 deluxe
cpu: i7 2600k
gpu: gtx 980 ti
ssd: samsung 850 evo
soundcard: xfi xtreme audio

Thx in advance for any help and tips

Solution
According to ark.intel.com, that CPU will thermal throttle at 72.6C. This means that temperatures above 65C are simply too high.

As stated above, please try re-applying the thermal paste. Also please make sure that the fan on the cooler is spinning.

Idle Temps are around 40-50 while load temps are around upper 60s to 70s.
But fixed it with newer Drivers from all over the net for my mb components as them supplied by Asus dont seem to help.

Re-apply the thermal paste and see if it keeps on happening.

If you don't have, you might want to get some ArticSilver5 or Artic MX-4. They are not so expensive and will last a long long time.

As a rule of thumb, most pastes recommend re-applying them after 4 years of use. Specially under OC (which some recommend 3 years).

Cheers!
