which program do you guys recommend for changing casefans speed. im tired of restarting my pc to acces bios and change it.

Which motherboard do you have? Sometimes, it have their own software to control it.

your fan are 4 pins pwm they could be control by mobo or 3 pins dc is set at full speed check your motherboard manual you could also try speedfan to control the case one but not the cpu .

Check your mobo manual and the CD of utilities that came with it. Many mobos have software on their CD's that can be installed to run under Windows and give you access to many tweaking tools, including fan control configuration.
