Memory not detected by BIOS. CPUZ sees it

I had 2x2gb 1333 working dual channel on my 4 slots P7P55D-E.
I bought 2x4gb 1866 to add it up. but when I installed the sticks bios didn't detect it.
I replaced one of them with the slot the old one was working on and took the others out. nothing.
changed the new ones to every slot one by one and nothing.
I checked compatibility and the manufacturer says it is compatible.

asus also says MB supports 1600 by default and 2200 OC
I tried to use XMP in bios
OC Dram freq to 1866 but nothing
MB is not faulty for sure cause I'm using another stick on a slot which the new ones didn't work on it. think neither are sticks cause CPUZ shows the ram when it's installed with the old ones. and it also shows specs and SPD
I also checked for broken pin on cpu socket but that should do nothing with slots that working
any recommendation appreciated

Your post reads out as though you're mixing and matching rams. If so stop what you're doing and only use one pair at a time or use a kit that has a 4xsticks of the same capacity, frequency and latency.

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of the OS that you're running off of?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date while you were on your older pair of rams?
3| When on the P55 series you're going to change the BCLK and in turn tweak your memory to run at those specified frequencies. You are advised to keep Memory voltage set to maximum 1.65v.

Ever since the first gen core i processors the memory controller was moved to the CPU die thus the lack of any Northbridge heatsink on said motherboards. If you have a bent pin that can be the likely culprit for not allowing you to go higher with your ram but the prerequisite information necessary is that you're not mixing DDR3 1333MHz and DDR3 1866MHz rams on one platform. They will all run at 1333MHz.

Mind sharing the new and old ram kits?

this is impossible because with no working rams there is no POST and no bios setup either.
consider that my MB has MEMOK feature which could configure ram setting to work. but it was no help in my situation.

I got a 4 gb 1600 stick- adata pc12800 just to make my way trough the bios setup for doing my tweaks.
and it is working.
but 1866 ones aren't

I've looked at CPU specs and it is said that it supports 1066/1333 RAM speed
but now I'm just using 4gb @1600 even bios shows that it is at that speed.
my MB could OC cpu and ram
cpu up to 3.66Ghz (which will need a fancy cooling system:) and ram up to 2200.
crucial live support said that it is beyond their help and direct me to tier 2 support group.
I think there is no way to make those ram to run ...but more discussions are appreciated.

Can you please state your full system's specs? You only gave your CPU, motherboard, GPU and OS. Inclusive of all the ram kits that you're populating in all your ram slots? I ask again, are you trying to make different ram kits all run on your system at the same time?

When stating your full system's its customary to list them as:
CPU: (and if possible aftermarket cooler used)
Mobo(motherboard):
Ram:
GPU:
SSD:
HDD:
PSU:
Case:

In simple terms, I'm saying to use your 2 sticks of Crucial ram(only) and populate them on the slots as per your manual, i.e Slots A1 and B1. If they don't boot then try using memOK to have them default to 1333MHz to allow your system to boot up.

Your initial posts all read like you're trying hard to make both the Crucial and Adata sticks of ram to work. Speaking of Adata, you didn't mention it's SKU except for the frequency it is supposed to run at.

Ram: I'll explain this
GPU:Radeon HD7770
SSD:None
HDD:1x500GB toshiba 1x500GB WD 1x2TB toshiba p300
PSU:Cooler Master I believe it's 480w
Case:something like SOYO
and there's the problem that when I used crucial rams(only them and in one slot at a time both single and dual) system won't boot even using memok
no mixing ram. I just use the ADATA ram for booting up system after it didn't work in any of positions
