No nvidia graphics card detected under device manager

I cannot find my Nvidia graphics card under device manager. BIOS is set to PCIe but still doesnt show. Brand new PC, no previous driver installed for the GPU. Drivers wont install as cant detect harware. Please help. GT630, i5 -6600, Gigabyte h110m-s2ph, LGA 1151.

Its not brand new, was in my other P.C. it shows up everywhere else except in device manager and is apparently the cause of my issue for not being able to install nvidia drivers
