AHCI update problem

I just bought an ssd Evo 850 250g but it isn't fast as it should be , before when i use the magician 4.97 it give me for Sequential Read 3513 write 2894 - random 83291 -write 60933 , but when i update the latest amd AHCI drive from it website the reading went way low this time Sequential Read 1955 write 2535, random 61656-44593 !! so is there any way to fix it back again ?

Hey there, khalid 9590.

It does seem a bit low compared to the speed this drive usually offers. Could you run a benchmark test with the RAPID mode off? If you're sure that this is the reason, you should check the motherboard manufacturer's website for a different version of the driver and/or the chipset drivers as well (even if it's an older one). If you can't find it, perhaps it would be best to get in touch with the mobo manufacturer's customer support.
