I posted earlier because my galaxy note 4 over heated during in the night the finger scanner stopped working, and when I try to enter my password it replies with finger scan not accepted, I'm happy to hard reset the phone but need the photos and videos from it, from when I got engaged in venice, only programs I have found that can do this require £50 to complete the job.
I realize the forum doesn't allow bypassing the password that's fine, I simply want the photos n videos and I can hard reset phone, but can someone recommend a program or way to retrieve the photos and videos, really desperate for the help.
