youtube issue 1440p

hey guys i uploaded a vid on youtube and its only showing 1440p on google chrome and on ie its showing only 720p and 360p,anyone can confirm this if im the only one whos havin the issue

When I view it in IE on W7, I get only up to 720p option, and above that a tab that says "Missing options?" takes you to a page that says this...

Not on your end. The problem is it has nothing to do with how you capture or compress your videos. It's entirely to do with the limitations of some browsers or OSes. So it's literally up to what browser and OS your viewing audience use.
