youtube issue 1440p

When I view it in IE on W7, I get only up to 720p option, and above that a tab that says "Missing options?" takes you to a page that says this...

YouTube uses HTML5, though there is an extension for IE that blocks it and allows you to view with Adobe Flash.

Not on your end. The problem is it has nothing to do with how you capture or compress your videos. It's entirely to do with the limitations of some browsers or OSes. So it's literally up to what browser and OS your viewing audience use.
