I have an OEM PC which doesn't have any HDMI or DisplayPort connections, it only has two DVI inputs. I don't think I can play 4k video at 60hz but is there any way I can do this?

I would like to know because I plan on buying a 60hz 4k monitor so I need to know if it will work.

Thank you

You're not going to get 4K 60Hz with DVI, you can only get 4K 30Hz at best with dual link DVI only. You really need DisplayPort or HDMI 2.0 to get 4K 60Hz. Do keep in mind that when your CPU came out, 4K displays were only just starting to show up on the market, and they were only available at 30Hz most of the time, so you're not going to get great support on your integrated graphics.

You're going to need a new graphics card to go with your monitor. If you have no intention of gaming, a lower end card like a GTX 950 would be adequate. I might recommend something like the GTX 750, but I don't think it has HDMI 2.0 support, which might be an issue depending on which 4K display you get and how you want to connect it.

Hell no!
You'll need a good graphics card to do so.
Get the AMD RX 480.

I don't plan on playing any games I just want to browse the internet and watch 4k videos from Netflix and Youtube etc

I read somewhere that 4th gen CPUs with no graphics card can handle 4k but I'm just one gen behind so is there no way a 4k monitor will work on my PC?
