hi all,
Iam trying to upgrade a dell inspiron 560 with the g45t dm1 v a00 board. i took the dual core out, and put in a quadcore 2 extreme q6850 , and flashed the bios to current A06. the thing is kinda slow now, on boot it gives me the cpu core to bus ratio or vid config has failed, and when it boots to windows 7, my open hardware monitor program only shows it the coors running at 2.7, and the stock cpu fan is working but i dont think its automatically raising the rpm when it should. any suggestions? thanks

Try upgrading your fan cooler, stock fans aren't known to be good.
