Can I run Fallout 4?

Easy to say. I found a good deal for Fallout 4 and just want to know if i can run at 1080p and what ever graphic settings I need to use.

PC Specs:
Motherboard- MSI 970x Gaming

Processor- AMD FX 8350

GFX Card- EVGA Geforce GTX 970 SCC 2.0

RAM-16 GB

If there is anything I'm leaving out, just tell me.

Yep, should absolutely smash stuff at 1080p including FO4, just don't turn on God Rays and keep shadow distance and AA at moderate levels, as they are especially taxing in this game.
Also an article came out an hour ago that details the settlement of the whole 3.5GB VRAM debacle of the 970, and all 970 owners will be entitled to a $30 reimbursement.

EDIT: It might be via serial number and or proof of purchase, so start fishing around for credit card transaction history or recipts! :)
