Pc slowing down.

So my pc has been slowing down alot for the past month, ive had this computer for 1 year and it used to be extremely fast. I was able to run Fallout 4 medium graphics no problem but now its on lower graphics and occasional lag?? My pc is on my desk so heat is not an issue. And occasional blue screen with sad face.
My specs:
CPU :Intel i5-4590

RAM :8Gb ddr3

GRAPHICS :Gtx 750 ti

OS :windows 10

Board: Intel h81

Hi

Have you done all the regular maintenance things, like defrag your disk (HDD only) and registry checks, Stress tested to see all voltages and temperatures are OK.
Are all your drivers up to date.?
Done a virus check.?

You can use CCleaner to tidy up your system files.

Tomorrow im planning a full virus scan using kaspersky and no i havent defragged. How do i check if my drivers are up to date?

Need Pc Help :

You can use Gforce Experience to update your graphics driver or get the driver from the GPU manufacturers web site.
Also check in Device Manager for possible other driver updates.
Auslogics is a good defragger and should be done on a regular basis.
If you have an SSD then do not defrag as the trim command does this for you in Windows if turned on.

Free up disk space by deleting unnecessary files.
There are many application, to clean up unnecessary data and virus checker to stop harming your PC data and speed.

Thanks guys for all the help, i updated my drivers, defragged my disk, and did a full virus scan. It seems snappier.

You can remove Bonjour, but do you wan't to: http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/Bonjour-5056-program.aspx.
I can't find anything regarding Aududio 1.
