i want buy AMD A8-7600 Kaveri Quad core CPU + RX 470 or RX 460 graphics card. i want to know whether CPU is enough for 1080p games.

i'm assuming better FPS than Intel Core i3-6100

another thing i'm only choosing because it has Quad core, i will not use inbuild graphics.

Nope, it will be substantially lower FPS than any modern desktop Intel i3. This question related to any modern AMD CPU has been canvassed many times (google it!), AMD architecture is, unfortunately, a long way behind at present, particularly with gaming.
