I want to ask if it's worth it, because I had one MSI card which was amazing, but this one costs extra 40€ more than EVGA SC. I'm really confused if it's worth it to invest money.

Solution
MSI has really shone bright with their Gaming series of cards. They are usually my go to recommendation with their Twin Frozr coolers and build quality.
However, it is up to you to decide if the price premium is worthwhile.
EVGA makes some phenomenal cards, and their support is near unrivaled in the industry.

You cant go wrong with either card, if you would rather have the 40 euros save it and get the EVGA, you would not be disappointed.

Out of the box the EVGA is ever so slightly faster than the MSI's in terms of core clock speed. However, it will be noisier under load (43dB (from guru3d) which isn't bad) and less prone to overclocking.
