My Build -> http://pcpartpicker.com/list/rHdsYr

I built this pc about a month ago and it has had these problems ever since. I've tried re assembling it several times (trying different slots for all parts) and each time it came out with the same problems.

Here's my problems:

1) PC POST's anywhere from 1-5 power on attempts. When it doesn't POST all the fans and lights work, but nothing happens (No OS, Bios, Display). I have to power on and off several times just to get the thing running.
2) I get random blue screens of death when either gaming, downloading, or browsing the web. It happens I'd say once every 5-20 hours of use once a day on average which is extremely annoying. (further explained below)

As for problem #1 I'd take a guess as to it's the power supply struggling to start it up, but who knows.

As for problem #2 here's a blue screen error: 072816-11029-01.dmp 7/28/2016 9:49:25 PM 0x00000124 00000000`00000000 fffffa80`0d95c028 00000000`ba000000 00000000`59000402 hal.dll hal.dll+12a3b Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL Microsoft® Windows® Operating System Microsoft Corporation 6.1.7601.17514 (win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850) x64 ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0 C:\Windows\Minidump\072816-11029-01.dmp 8 15 7601 412,440 7/28/2016 9:51:20 PM

These blue screen errors are always caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe which by looking around the internet it could mean bad ram? I'm not sure that's why I'm making this post as a last ditch effort before I start returning parts which I'm really not looking forward to. Thanks for any help or solutions.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that every few times I power back on CMOS resets itself (clock is off and default settings load) this happens a lot if that helps.

Solution
Bug check 0x124 with parameter 1=0
Generally is a power problem to the cpu. You will want to go into bios and turn off any automatic overclocking of the cpu. Remove any overclocking software and make sure your cpu fans are working. If it happens only when you use 3d graphics check your power supply rating or monitor your power supply voltages
