I want to know if this graphics card is good for gaming:

PowerColor AMD Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5 OC DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card AXR9 270 2GBD5-TDHE/OC

If it's comparable with dell studio 540

If it could run counterstrike global offensive

Currently have:
Processor: Intel core 2 quad core processor 2.33GHz 2.34GHz
Ram: 6Gb
Graphics card: ATI Radeon 256MB HD 3450 PCI-e Graphics Card Y103D

Can currently barely run csgo

Want to upgrade to:-------------------------------------------------------

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9550 2.83GHz 1333MHz 12MB LGA775 CPU, OEM

Ram: 8GB 2 X 4GB DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHZ 240Pin AMD DIMM Hgih Density Desktop Memory

Graphics card: PowerColor AMD Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5 OC DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card AXR9 270 2GBD5-TDHE/OC

P.S. would want better processor but don't want to upgrade motherboard. Just want to know if what o have picked out is compatable with a Dell Studio 540.
Just want to have somebody with more knowledge about this check it out so I dont make a mistake.

the stock power supply is 350w

so no, you cannot have a 270 without first upgrading the power supply

you can however get a gtx 750 ti

just make sure it is a version that does not require a 6-pin pcie cable for additional power
