Ethernet Connected, Data being sent and received but no internet access

Hello guys, I'm currently using a phone so I can't exactly copy and paste anything but I'll do my best to relay info. Yesterday my internet was fine, however now I'm getting no internet access despite the Ethernet being plugged in. IPv4 connectivity says no internet access and IPv6 says no network access. Media state says enabled though days disconnected in ipconfig. I'm still receiving and sending data. I've no idea what to do and this tiny phone screen is making me see red so I'll take any help given. Ps it's nothing to do with viruses.
