PC with integrated graphic, shared memory, RAM frequency problems

I have built a PC with the following components

ASRock FM2A88X Extreme4 +
AMD A8-7600, 4x 3. 10 GHz
8 GB Corsair Vengeance per DDR3-2400 dual DIMM CL11 Kit [/b]

I used DDR3-2400 because they were to be bought very cheaply.

The PC does not run stable (freezes).

Does the Freeze possibly lie with the RAMs?
UEFI setup recognises the DDR3-2400. I can set the frequency to 2400 MHz. Then the frequency 2133 MHz is chosen by the System.
My friend runs a similar PC very stable using RAMs of the specification DDR-2133.
My question is:
Is it strictly necessary to run the system with RAMs of the specification DDR3-2133?

There is a Tom's hardware article from Igor Wallossek, April 2015
with the title AMD A8-7650K: a beginner's PC

Also there are used DDR3-2133
