Your Vizio TV, make sure the PC's resolution and Hz is set to what the Tv can handle.
Sounds like while booting up (Basic resolution) TV can screen that but once Windows starts to load and resolution previously set the TV goes out of range.
ie; An 1440p 144Hz monitor, if i wanted to use the lounge big screen, i'll change the resolution to 1080p/60Hz before powering down/moving it.
