Im about to purchase a new CPU fan, either between Noctua's NH-D14 or NH-D15.

Case: Corsair carbide Mid
Cpu: Intel Core i5-4960K @3.5GHz
PSU: Corsair CX 600M
MOBO: ASUS Z97K
GPU: GTX 760

My reason for asking here is i have no clue if it fits etc or even if its a good choice for my system even though the reviews of the fans are great. So will it fit and is it a good choice?

Also, my aim is to next replace my PSU as ive been told it isnt of the best quality for running a new gtx 1070/1080 which will be purchased later down the line. If this is true, what recommendations do you have for me for deciding on a PSU?

Thanks for your time

Both D14 and D15 should fit into your case, and both are good coolers. However, I find spending $80+ on a cooler hard to stomach, when you're likely to get less than 5% more performance (overclocked) when compared with the stock cooler. Something like the Hyper212 or Cryorig H7 seem to offer more value to me.
