I used these to set up the network in cmd (you can see Zen on the picture is the hotspot, tenda is the joined router)
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=Name key=8CharacterKey
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
Basically you can connect to the hotspot but you can't use internet, simply doesn't work. Then it said that I can fix that problem by going there and checking the option under sharing.
