Windows 10 Memory 89% used at idle and disk 100%

Hi, Ive recently made the upgrade to windows 10 and am experiencing lag issues every now and then. When I open up task manager its showing my disk being 100% used and my memory is up to 89% used at idle.. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks!

navigate to the processes bar and arrange from the highest to lowest,are those programs that you need?Additionally,go to statup and disable those programs that you dont need.Lastly,run a full system scan,viruses and malware are known to cause similar issues
