I am having a problem. I am using a laptop and I don't have a mouse. I am currently using windows 8.1 Pro so I wanted to install Windows 10 from a DVD but I got stuck right when I got to the Language selection screen. The touchpad couldn't work but the keyboard was working so I just clicked the ENTER KEY and I was able to go to the next step where I had to accept the Microsoft License Terms. That's where I got a serious problem because to accept the terms I had to Check (Mark with a tick in) the Check Box so I needed a cursor to do that because the ENTER KEY couldn't mark the Check Box. But the Cursor was not visible on the screen so I had to terminate the Installation. Please help.

Solution
If your current windows OS is of the same architecture as that of your DVD Microsoft allows you to upgrade your win8.1 PC to windows 10 via your windows 8.1. So all you have to do is log onto windows 8.1 and insert DVD and choose the option to upgrade PC. Here you can use your touchpad as normal so no need of an external mouse. But if you want to do a clean install I recommend you to use a mouse.
