MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G power limit question

Hi, when im gaming I dont notice anything, but when I look at the msi afterburner graph I see that my gpu is reaching its power limit sometimes. Gpu boosts to 1342mhz at stock. Should I be worried ?

Well now that you mention it that Zalman psu is an unknown to me, im guessing its likely pretty low quality. It has enough power but I would not trust a psu like that and my system, no professional review I can find and the OEM of that psu is Hui Cheng Electronic Technology who I have never heard of. I would be weary of that psu.

Well this PSU was only sold in eastern european markets as I know and it has pretty good ratings at local eshops. I used it with overclocked 7970 with maxed out power limit and it was able to keep up, so i think its ok.
