Hi everyone!!! i have a pc having i7 4790 z97 guard pro mobo 16 gb ddr3 ram gtx 970 and CM V1000 psu. as intel releases new processors every year so this means my cpu gonna obselete pretty soon? is it future proof for 4 years? what will be the best upgrade i should make with time? Bought this pc last year in 2015

Your CPU should easily last 4 years with the rate of improvements and increased time between generations. We are seeing quite the slowdown in processor improvements and with AMD struggling to push Intel I would expect that trend to continue. I would say in 3-4 years you should be able to grab a new GPU and be good to go.
