So, I bought this new CPU, AMD A10 - 7860K. MoBo is Asrock FM2A88X Pro+.
At first I needed to upgrade BIOS to most recent one. When first freezing came up, I started to check temperatures, which were quite high in idle (60-80C) with Speccy and HWMonitor.
After several disassembing, new thermal pastes, different methods, different amount of it, new cooler etc. temps still were high.
Okay that point I saw some thread saying that A-Tuning and AMD OverDrive would be reliable to read temps from APUs and with them the temps were normal (A-Tuning 41C and OverDrive temp margin ~52C).
I have two memory sticks Corsair basic (8gb 1600mhz) and Kingston HyperX (8gb 1600mhz), switched them, took another off etc and no any effect from that.

So my setup is
MoBo Asrock FM2A88X pro+
AMD A10 - 7860K + Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO
16gb memory total (Corsair "good value" or something 8gb and Kingston HyperX 8gb)
LC-Power 450W (LC6450)
Audio: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2
Midi keyboard

UPDATE:
Still problem. It may run 3 weeks without problems and suddenly freezing starts. It may freeze just after reboot at desktop or it may take couple of hours and then run couple of weeks without problem.
I have new HDD and clean install of Win7, but there´s no any effect.

Prime95 - OK
Memtest86 - over 23hrs, passes: 6, no errors.
Audio interface replaced
Tested 2 different BIOS/UEFI versions
CMOS battery replaced

Okay this was little bit odd case. I finally downgraded BIOS version to 2.90 from 3.40, and it seems to work. Ran stress test almost half an hour with no problems.
