How do I troubleshoot a crashing graphics card?

Here's a picture of the crash: http://imgur.com/aIueU2t When gaming it happens every 15-20 minutes.

This PC Part Picker list has all of my current specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/bWJBvK every part there is what I'm currently using and I upgraded Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 a few months ago.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and nothing has changed. I'm looking for advice on how to troubleshoot this to figure out what might be wrong.

I had not completely uninstalled using a utility, I did the reinstallation through the GeForce panel. I just followed your advice, used a utility to completely remove everything while in Safe Mode, and then downloaded the latest non-beta drivers directly from the EVGA website. Hoping that works, installing right now.

I've used a utility to fully uninstall in safe mode twice and tried drivers both straight from my graphics card manufacturer and straight from Nvidia. Both seemed to help for a little and then the problem came back in full force. I've been using the app GPU Temp and the card never seems to go above 80C, and I get the crashes just as much whether I'm on fully max settings or absolute barebones settings, so I don't think it's a temperature issue although there is a lot of dust in my case that I'm planning to clear out. Any idea what I should try next?

So, knock on wood, but after doing every possible Windows Update and taking my PC apart and cleaning out all the dust I could, the driver appears to have stopped crashing entirely. I'm not going to close the thread until I've run it for about a week just to make sure it's not a fluke, but so far so good. Thank you for your help.
