  1. Nice build. But go with a different PSU: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/vRmLrH/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

Available for $50 on Amazon right now, shipping is a little expensive but just sign up for a Prime free trial (if you don't already have Prime).

As far as those games, you'll destroy them. Maybe 250-300 FPS in CS:GO in 1080p?
  2. sorry, one more question

when you guys say around 250 fps in csgo, does that mean with highest settings? or what
EDIT: btw is it worth it to lose the semi modular psu for 50 more watts?

Yes, that would be with the highest settings. CS:GO doesn't take much juice to run at max.

The PSU recommendation isn't necessarily about the wattage. It is about the quality of the components inside. Bad PSU design and cheap capacitors leads to poor voltage regulation and extra ripple, which leads to a reduction in lifespan for both the PSU and the rest of the parts. There are other quality modular PSUs available as well, but for more money: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/TgW9TW/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii520bronze https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qYTrxr/evga-power-supply-220g20550y1
