So I tried to download a game on steam on this upgraded computer, but the following shows up.

My Graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series and is the version: 8.17.10.1077
I've downloaded AMD Gaming Evolved and Radeon Software Crimson none of them have helped and I get an error message on AMD Gaming Evolved. My guess is since my computer was upgraded the guy said the video card is fine, this being my dads computer he didn't use it for a long time. So I guess since the computer was gaining dust it skipped a lot of updates. I just don't know how to update. Can someone help?
