Windows Corruption on SSD and HDD

Basically I tried dual booting the same OS (Windows 10) on two drives an SSD and an HDD. My Windows .iso USB is unable to reset the OS or fix anything as it runs into errors.

I tried wiping my HDD using Dban so I can load up a new OS and wipe the SSD using Samsung Magician, but I ran into the cat error: couldn't find...

I don't know what to do at this point.

It sounds like quite the mess in your storage configuration. Since there's no use in dual booting the same OS from two different drives, I'd strongly recommend you unplug the HDD (your secondary storage drive) and leave only the SSD connected. This way you won't encounter any OS confusion while installing Windows onto the SSD. The confusion is what happens when you have more than 1 SATA device (drive) connected to the motherboard. If you suspect a corrupted Windows installation media, then create a new bootable USB drive/DVD with the same OS version, following MS instructions. .

I'd also strongly recommend you the Windows Install & Optimization Guide for SSDs & HDDs. The step-by-step instructions are very detailed and will shed more light on how to proceed with the fresh install, without facing any issues.
