Can I fit Gigabyte GTX 970 Windforce in Cooler Master Elite 350??

As you are no doubt aware, the card is too long for the case as-is.
The 3.5" drive cage isn't made to be removable. You'll have to mod the case to do so... and live w/o any/some 3.5" drive bays. Then it will fit.

Then see if you can exchange the card - - vendor should be willing to do that since you aren't asking for a refund.
