Graphics Card radeon r9 380 wont install

Why wont my graphics card install? It has Both 6 pins in and is in the correct slot i have a ASRock z170. The AMD installer only is giving me two options when installing.
-HDMI Audio Driver
-AMD Install Manager

I ran the AMD auto Detect and everything came up correct but its not displaying the correct options. Its been 2 days now can anyone help please?

Had to delete a windows update that was causing a blue screen. then go to windows mode make an msi server to uninstall everything. Then restart. Go to Amd website download the drivers, then Extract the download using a 7-zip. go to device manager check for update in the specific extracted folder. However thanks for the help Suztera.
