I have an AMD A8-6600k and I want to buy the R9 390 but I have heard that it will be bottle necked, losing FPSs. If my GPU will be bottlenecked I would like to know how many FPS I will lose and in what setting I will be able to run my games.

My build:
cpu: A8-6600k
Motherboard: A58M-E35
Ram: G. skill Ddr3 8gb (1x8)
Psu: cooler master Elite V2 550w
os: Windows Professional 7
storage: 1tb 7200

Solution

A 750ti or 950 is the perfect choice then, ignore what I said about upgrading your CPU if that is all you're playing at the moment! :)
The 950 is about 40% faster than the 750ti, so go for that if you feel like getting higher settings, although the 750ti will be good for medium.
Edit: The 950 is actually cheaper, and offers much more performance! :)

Maybe Call Of Duty, Rocket League, and Minecraft with Shaders
I dont know yet because I dont know if I will be able to run them

A 750ti or a GTX 950 is the maximum GPU you can get with that CPU until it starts to bottleneck to a large extent.
The R9 390 is nearly twice as powerful as a GTX 950, which is still cutting it, because the 950 will also bottleneck by a little bit.
I think you should just invest in a new CPU, motherboard and RAM at this point.

Not worth the money, it will have no additional effect on performance due to the small bottleneck already present in the 950.
Any additional power will just be wasted unless you upgrade your CPU/Mobo/RAM, but for your use you don't need anything more powerful than a 950 anyway. :)
