When i open certain programs i get this pop up "C:/windows/system32/nvspcap.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." It also will pop up in the middle of using programs so it gets pretty annoying any help is appreciated.

The file nvspcap.dll is a part of NVidia's GeForce Experience software. Try uninstalling GFE and then reinstalling the latest version.
