Im upgrading my rig but I'm not sure if the PSU will be powerful enough or not.

Upgraded Rig:
Gpu: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming
CPU: Intel i5-6600k
Motherboard: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

PSU: EVGA 600B Bronze (https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Bronze-100-B1-0600-KR-Power-Supply/dp/B00EON40CS)

Solution
EVGA G2 is the best among them.

But your old psu can power your system no problem. It is just not reliable like above units. I suggest your use your current psu and change it when it fails.

Edit: Also that tier list is old and outdated. You also have EVGA GS, XFX TS Gold in your budget.
