I play many games on steam. I have noticed that I can't see a lot of servers in CS:GO's or Unturned's server browser. I tested the server browser on my sister computer and she gets tons of servers. I am also not able to join via the "Join Game" button on my friends account. It says the server is not responding and it tries many times to join. The only way I can connect to a server on csgo is by opening the console and typing "connect ip.here" Please help

This is an issue related to the Steam client not verifying its own installation, yeah i know, its lame. Just exit Steam and start it up again. This will likely solve the problem. If that is not the case then you might wanna check if the browser settings on your PC and the other PC are one and the same.
You might have accidentally checked or unchecked one of the many option boxes there. Most notably the option relating to empty servers. Hope this helps :D

All of our settings are the same. Servers that I have played on before don't show up, and if they do, it is after a lot of refreshes. I have restarted steam many times.

Are you sure that you exit Steam properly? At any rate, if you used the same account on both PCs, then theres likely to be a problem with the Steam game settings. If you used two different accounts on each PC, i would suggest that you log into Steam on your PC with the other account to see if the servers show up or not. You should check the max and minimum pings on servers too. Sometimes setting MAX pings to 5000 can solve the issue, it once did for me.
