Play Half downloaded games on PC like XBOX

Hey guys.

Is it possible to play games before they fully download on PC??
I know the XBOX lets u start playing after a certain amount is downloaded

is this possible on PC??

You can still play unfinished Steam games and Origin games. When it says Ready to play. It depends on the game. Tested with Half-Life 2 and I saw that on some of my Origin games

I mean like any game man. Is it possible, i dont remember being able to do that with BF4 and fifa 15

If origin and steam have it how can i enable this feature??
can u please tell me how to use this feature.
