I have a Lenovo Cpu when I upgraded to Windows 10 it started turning on randomly and over heats alot more please help?

Lenovo doesn't make any CPU, which computer is that exactly ???

Make sure you disable wake timers. And for the over heating problem, laptops tend to run hotter than desktops. You should stress test it and tell us the temperatures.
