Hi so i don't have any specific question just wanna hear your opinions on my build and if there any thing i should change on it.
so here is the parts i got and looking to buy

CPU: I7 6700k --- going to buy, most likely going for ~4.5ghz OC at least
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 --- seems like the asus version on same price have some problems as i read on the internet so i went with gigabyte since i got good experience with it in the past anyway
Ram: HyperX Predator 2x8GB DDR4 3000Mhz --- going to buy, cheapest 2x 8gb 3000ghz rams i found
GPU: GTX 970 G1 Gaming SOC --- already have it from my old build
HDD: WD Black 2TB --- already have it from my old build
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250gb --- already have it from my old build
PSU: Corsair GS700 --- already have it from my old build
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212x --- already have it from my old build
Case: Corsair Spec Alpha --- already have it from my old build
Monitor: Dell UltraSharp U2515H --- going to buy, I like the fact that its IPS, cheap, and got decent lag not to mention the space of 2k would be nice for working

I'm going to use this pc for some gaming (Total war, COD, CS, GTA ... etc) and programming/PS Editing, i would say I'm not a hardcore gamer but i still like to win cuz who doesn't.

so any though on parts i should change or upgrade on the build to get better experience ?

i did consider it ... but the upgrade to 6800k cpu alone is ~125$ and the to the cheapest x99 mobo i found is another ~100$
and i assume u mean i7 5820 which is still ~60$ upgrade and is slower on single threaded tasks ( some games/programs i use don't use more than 1 or 2 cores )
so upgrading to 6800k + x99 mobo would cost me ~225$ which is almost 1/4 my pay check (that without counting the rams) so as u see the prices are not even remotely similar here :)
